Perry Junior League

Perry Junior League was founded in the 1950's at Ochlahatchee Park. It started as a location for baseball during a time when there was no recreation department in Perry. The park started with the original field and referred to as "Tolleson Field" named after Cap Tolleson who was instrumental in the land being appropriated for Perry Junior League. As the years progressed and programs added numbers, additional fields were built and girls slow pitch softball was added. In the early 80's slow pitch softball was replaced with fast pitch that we see today. Both the boys and girls compete at league play and post season All-Stars. PJL is based in Perry, Georgia and serves the Middle Georgia community.

We offer student-athletes the skills needed to succeed on and off the field!

Built By Volunteers

At Perry Junior League, volunteers are the heart and soul of our league. Our volunteer coaches strive to create a supportive and inspiring environment for every player with their dedication, passion, and tireless efforts. With their guidance, young athletes not only develop their skills but also learn the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience. We are grateful for the coaches who give their time to shape the future of our community both on and off the field. Other volunteers help to maintain the facilities and the many details that go into making a ballpark function. The commitment of our community of volunteers is what makes Perry Junior League truly special.
